A Colorcoat® pre-finished steel product from Corus is one that has undergone many years of development and optimisation. Each of
the individual elements which make up the pre-finished steel
product is specially selected to give optimum performance and to
work together so that the final product is much greater than the sum
of its parts. Each product is made up of:

• Metallic coated steel substrate
• Pre-treatment
• Primer
• Top-coat

How do I get a quotation? Simply call 0800 389 60 89 or
e-mail info@continuous-guttering.co.uk Then a trained
advisor can discuss options with you and arrange a mutually
convenient time for a site visit or we can work from photo’s and
drawings.

How is it installed? An installation team would attend site with
the appropriate access equipment or scaffold can be arranged.
The gutters and pipes will be measured and cut to suit in one
length if feasible. All ancillary products are of the highest
quality and stop ends and outlets are sealed with specially
formulated silicon. Silicon and rivets are colour coded

Can you supply only? It is possible for us to attend site and
supply the necessary materials. However, it is advised that
installation is carried out by our experienced workforce for a
swift, efficient programme and peace of mind.

Do you supply/install other materials and products?
Continuous Guttering forms part of Classic Finish UK Limited
who are experts in copper and zinc guttering as well as metal
roofing, weathervanes and bespoke fabrication.

What about removal of my existing guttering? In most
cases, the existing gutters can be removed free of charge. If
removal is assessed as being particularly difficult or time
consuming, such as some cast iron rainwater systems, it may
incur an extra charge.

What about disposal of my existing guttering? Normally the
customer would dispose of waste, as it is trade waste to us and
expensive to dispose of. However, if necessary we can come
to some arrangement.

It’s steel. Won’t it corrode? The reason for steel is its great
strength and tolerance qualities. The steel is galvanised to
EN10326/10327, has a 200 micron durable, abrasion-resistant
topcoat as well as a high performance reverse side backing
coat as standard. It is manufactured in the UK by Corus, who
have a proven track record in pre-finished steel for roofing,
cladding and much more.

How often will the gutters and pipes require maintenance?
The pre-finished steel materials are guaranteed for up to 25
years and all the outlets are fitted with leaf guards to help
prevent blockages so it is a virtually maintenance free
rainwater system.

Is the coating finish consistent and uniform? The finish
with pre-finished steel is consistent between batches and
throughout the finished coil.
